The “HAARP” facility located in north Alaska stands for “High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program,” and it is officially explained as technology that is used to broadcast large amounts of energy into the earth’s ionosphere for purposes such as communication, weather control, and defensive military purposes— however it can also be used as a weapon that is able to be aimed to instantly strike anywhere on the Earth, creating a potentially wide range of devastating harm including even triggering earthquakes.

This article explains the capabilities that such installations have and well as explaining their dangers, and it gives evidence of potential abuses of such technology that may have occurred in the past.

Most people are not aware of who the people actually are that control world events behind the scenes, and what their agendas are.  The most influencial of the global elite individuals draw their power from having private ownership of the world’s central banks that create money and issue credit to the world’s governments, such as members of the Rothschild, Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Morgan families.  Many belong to the secret society known as the Illuminati, which is rooted in occultic practice and is associated with Freemasonry.

While it may sound benign that the officially stated goal of HAARP is only for research purposes, its full range of capabilities along with the tendencies of the Illuminati global elite are a frightening combination.  It is shown that such people are obsessed with genocidal agendas and increasing their harmful control over the population of the planet, and HAARP is a tool that they can deceptively use in a variety of ways to fulfill those goals.  This section contains information that explains such agendas.
