Smithtown, Long Island OKed a “Black Lives Matter” march that was promoted by a flyer showing buildings being burned down

A twenty year old illegal immigration open borders advocate announced a Black Lives Matter rally in Smithtown Long Island, being advertised with a flyer that showed buildings being burned down.  Despite the flyer, the town council OK’ed the protest after “the town and police department prepared for a full six days leading up to [the] protest to make sure that the protestors had the freedom to protest where they wanted to.”
